Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real- time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. Order processing usually takes 3-5 days. For domestic orders in the United States it will normally take 7 to 20 business days to ship. For International orders, please allow up to 30-45 business days for your order to ship.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, for the most part. At checkout you will see whether or not we can reach your country or not. At the moment we support about 100+ countries with shipping.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely we use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Does Deal Scout provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or in case you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately through our contact form!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for check details.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: Credit cards and Paypal are charged at the time of shipment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?          

iSWARH accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and accepts PayPal as well.

Google Pay and Apple Pay will be also supported soon for faster checkouts.

Q: Can I change the address on my order?

We know you get super excited about your iSWARH purchases. That's why we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted.
